Manufacturing Facility

Our plant at C-21/11, T.T.C. Industrial Area, MIDC Pawane, Navi Mumbai, covers 12,000+ sq ft of production space.

Process

1. Sheet preparation — SS 304 / 316 sheets cut to drawing.
2. Forming — press-brake bending and rolling.
3. Welding — TIG welding with argon purge for food-contact seams.
4. Finishing — satin or mirror polishing, passivation.
5. Assembly and testing — burners, gas trains, electricals and refrigeration tested before dispatch.

Customers are welcome to inspect their equipment at the factory before dispatch.
